RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
All products sold by The Faded Label Co. are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thefadedlabel.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
